Ingredients
* 4 eggs
* 3/4 cup flour/ maida
* 3/4 cup powdered sugar/ castor sugar
* 3/4 tsp vanilla essence
* 1/4 tsp baking flour
* 2 Round 8″ cake pans
Let’s get baking!
* Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
* Place greaseproof paper on top of the baking tins.
* Greaseproof paper should be placed on the bottom of your baking pans. Sprinkle flour or sugar over it.
* Mix the flour with water and set aside.
Take one egg at a stretch and break it into a cup. Then, could you place it in a bowl?
Add sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder to the egg mixture. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Using a spatula, use a cut-and-fold method to add 1 tbsp flour to the mixture. Next, add the flour to the mixture in the other two installments.
Divide the batter into two baking pans. Bake this cake for approximately 15 minutes.
