Instructions

* Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a large bowl. Add salt.

Mix sugar and water in a large saucepan over medium heat. Mix Sugar and water until they reach boiling point. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate. Continue to blend until completely dissolved.

* Add the vanilla essence and vegetable oils to the bowl.
