Baking at home allows you to control the quality of the ingredients used in the creation of your cake. This eggless vanilla cake recipe is easy to make classic vanilla cookies without having to use eggs. While eggless cakes can sometimes be difficult to bake, they don’t have to be complicated or fussy. This cake is great for any occasion because it has a mild, sweet flavor and moist texture.

Let’s get started by making a delicious eggless vanilla cupcake without an oven.

Ingredients

* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (maida).

1 teaspoon baking powder

* 1 cup yogurt

1 teaspoon baking soda

3/4 cup Castor Sugar

* 1/2 cup vegetable 0il

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Dust the baking tin with flour and some cooking oil.

2. Place some salt or sand in a pressure cooker that is clean and dry. Place a small stand in its centre. Take out the gasket and whistle from the lid. Close the cooker.

3. To maintain the temperature in the oven, heat the pressure cooker at high heat.

Instruction

1. Mix flour and baking powder together in a bowl. Set aside.

2. Mix the yoghurt and baking soda in a separate bowl. Set it aside to foam up.

3. Combine oil and castor sugar in a separate bowl. Mix until combined.

4. Mix the curd mixture with the oil-sugar mixture.

5. Mix the ingredients together well. The batter should be smooth and not lumpy. If you are baking without an oven, it is important that the batter consistency is not too thin.

6. Add vanilla extracts.

7. Mix everything gently until it is all well combined.

8. Place the cake pan in the preheated pressure cooker. Place the cake tin between the sides of the pressure cooker. Close the cooker by removing the gasket and whistle from the lid.

9. Cook on low heat for approximately 40-45 minutes. To prevent burning, keep checking every 25 minutes.

10. Take a toothpick and poke it into the cake to check. If the toothpick comes out clean, then the cake is done.

11. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for at least an hour before transferring it to a rack. Serve the cake.

12. You can slice this fluffy, super moist eggless vanilla cupcake. It can be served as-is, or you can frost it. Or you can decorate it with fruits and powdered sugar. !

Tip: In order to preserve the cake’s texture, you should take more time beating the butter or oil with the sugar mixture. This will make it lighter. It should be fluffy and lightened. But don’t overbeat it. Overbeating the cake will cause it to sink in the middle once it is cooked. It can be decorated with fruits or cherries.
