What are you waiting for? Let’s get baking!
Ingredients
* 1/2 cup Self-rising flour
* 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
* One pinch of salt
* 1 cup oil
* 1 1/2 cup Vegan Milk
* 1 cup sugar + 1 teaspoon brown sugar
* 8 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate morsels
* 1/2 cup Heavy cream
Let’s get baking!
* Mix all dry ingredients, such as self-rising flour and unsweetened cocoa, baking powder, and a pinch salt, together. The cake will become light and airy when it is aerated by sieving.
Mix all dry ingredients with a spatula. Add sugar and milk to the bowl.
Add oil to the batter. If the batter is not as smooth as you would like, don’t be discouraged. It must be this way!
* Prepare a microwave-safe oil. This bowl should be filled with the prepared cake batter. Fill half the bowl with the batter to allow for the cake to rise.
* Make sure to tap the bowl on the side after you have poured the batter. This will release any trapped bubbles.
To bake the cake, set the microwave timer to 5 to 7 minutes. The cake’s centre will rise first, but this does not mean it will cook unevenly.
* Use a toothpick to check the doneness of the cake. After piercing the cake with a toothpick or skewer, your delicious cake has been inspected.
* Let the cake rest in the bowl for approximately 10 minutes. Prepare the chocolate ganache once the cake has been baked.
* To make the ganache, add chocolate morsels to a bowl.
* Heat some cream in a saucepan until it is lukewarm.
* Pour the cream over the chocolate, and let it settle for approximately 6-7 minutes.
* Whisk the cream and chocolate together until smooth. This ganache should be refrigerated for approximately 5 minutes.
* Layer your microwave-ready eggless chocolate cakes with this rich, decadent chocolate Ganache.
