Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe

To make a moist, fudgy and delicious cake, you don't have to use eggs. This eggless chocolate cake recipe will allow you to bake soft cakes. It uses substitute ingredients such as vinegar and takes care of all the necessary steps to make a delicious melt-in-your-mouth cake. Here is the eggless chocolate recipe for all vegetarians and those who prefer non-eggless cakes due to cultural, health or other reasons. Here are some tips before you begin the recipe. Use good quality, eggless chocolate cake ingredients at room temperature Measure ingredients according to the quantities in the recipe. * Avoid using expired leavening agents such as baking powder or baking soda. Method:

1) Line round cake pans using parchment paper. 2) Add the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder and baking soda to a bowl. 3. Add one cup of milk to a bowl. Then, add one tablespoon of vinegar. Let the milk sit for a while to curdle. 4) Next, add sugar to milk-vinegar mixture and stir until it dissolves. Mix in the oil. 5) Add vanilla extract to the liquid batter and mix well. 6) Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. 7) Mix until there are no lumps. Slowly add milk to adjust the consistency. It will take between 30-40 seconds to achieve the desired mix. 8) Bake the batter in a cake pan. 9) Cool the cake with a toothpick. 1) Break up the brick or chocolate bar into pieces. 2) Place a pan on a double boiler. Mix in chocolate chunks and heavy whipping cream. 3.
