How to make an eggless whole wheat cake

* 1.5 cups whole-wheat flour * 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder * 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup oil 120ml 1 cup plain yoghurt 120g, whisked and measured * 1 cup powdered Jaggery 130g, measured after sifting jaggery powder * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk * 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Pre-heat the oven to 350 F. Spray a loaf pan 8x4 inches with non-stick baking spray and place it in a bowl. Take whole wheat flour, baking powders, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and a pinch salt into a bowl. Set aside. Take a mixer attachment, add oil, yoghurt (whisk before), jaggery powder, and vanilla extract. * Mix everything until it is well combined Mix the flour mixture with half of the water and combine them. Add half of the milk to the mixture and mix it together. Add the remaining milk. You can add more milk if the batter is too thick. * Add the walnuts to the batter. Pour the batter into a prepared baking dish. Bake it at 350 F for 40-45 minutes. * Insert a toothpick into the cake to check for doneness. After the cake has been baked, remove it from the oven. Once it is cool down, place it on a wire rack. * Ready to serve your eggless wholewheat cakes
