Ingredients for Cupcakes

* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour * 1/4 cup unsweetened natural cocoa powder * 1 cup granulated Sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1 cup of brewed coffee * 1 Tablespoon white vinegar Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oils
